One master agreement covering how the Service works, what you may do with it, fees and refunds, the limits of AI, and how we handle data on your behalf when you upload documents.

BhoomiScan operates an AI-assisted document review service for Odisha property advocates and the public. The Terms cover acceptance of the agreement, account creation, eligibility, the nature and limits of the Service, fees and billing across the EC Flash (₹299), Title Verification (₹699), and Practice Pack (₹5,999 / 10 reports — reports never expire) tiers, refund and cancellation conditions, acceptable use, professional responsibility of the advocate, the data processing addendum, intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.

Frequently asked questions

Does BhoomiScan replace independent legal review?

No. BhoomiScan is a research aid, not legal advice. Every report must be reviewed by an advocate before it is relied on for a transaction. The advocate retains full professional responsibility for any opinion issued to a client.

Are reports refundable if the AI extraction is wrong?

Yes — if a report is materially wrong because of an extraction or chain-reasoner error on our side, we re-run the scan at no charge or refund the report credit. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 working days.

Do Practice Pack reports expire?

No. The Practice Pack reports never expire. You consume credits as you run reports; unused credits stay on the account indefinitely.
