Taxes
2.1 Prices are stated exclusive of GST unless the checkout says otherwise. Where GST applies, it is added at the rate in force and shown on your invoice. GSTIN: [to be confirmed].
2.2 Government fees we pay on your behalf (for example the IGR Odisha fee for an EC) are passed on at cost, without mark-up, and shown as a separate line.
Price changes
3.1 We may change prices. A new price applies only to purchases made after it is published. Credits you have already bought keep their value: a service costs the number of Credits shown when you start it, and we will not raise the Credit cost of a service without at least 30 days' notice on this page and by email to account holders.
3.2 We never charge a price that was not shown to you before you confirmed the purchase.
Pricing principles
4.1 One price for everyone buying the same self-serve service; discounts come only from larger packs, published here.
4.2 No hidden charges, no automatic renewals and no subscriptions on self-serve plans.
4.3 Where a service depends on a third party's fee (an advocate's fee or a Government fee), we show that fee separately.
Enterprise pricing
Banks, NBFCs, developers and other Institutional Users may agree custom pricing under a Master Services Agreement and Order Form, based on volume, turnaround, service levels and integration work.
